Diffuse

• Add 4–6 drops in a diffuser to create a relaxing, grounding atmosphere.
  
• Diffuse during meditation or prayer to promote focus and emotional harmony.
  
• Place 1 drop in your hands, rub together, cup over your nose, and inhale to center yourself quickly.
  

Topical

• Apply (diluted) to the bottoms of feet in the morning to start the day with a calm, grounded mindset.
  
• Rub onto wrists or the back of the neck during times of stress or tension.
  
• Use with Fractionated Coconut Oil for a relaxing massage or to calm restless children.
  

Internal

• Balance is intended for aromatic and topical use only. It is not recommended for internal use.

Balance combines tree, resin, and floral oils rich in grounding compounds that promote relaxation and stability:

Wood Oils (the foundation)

Balance is built on woody base notes that give it stability and grounding.

• Spruce (Bornyl Acetate & δ-3-Carene) – calming and grounding; supports emotional balance.
  
• Ho Wood (Linalool) – soothing, relaxing, and emotionally balancing.
  

Resin (the heart)

The resin note adds depth, sacredness, and warmth to the blend.

• Frankincense (α-Pinene & Incensole Acetate) – resinous and grounding; promotes peace, stability, and deep relaxation.
  

Floral Oils (the lift)

The floral and herbaceous notes bring balance, lightness, and comfort.

• Blue Tansy (Chamazulene & Sabinene) – herbaceous-sweet; helps reduce stress and tension.
  
• Blue Chamomile (Chamazulene & α-Bisabolol) – floral and calming; promotes tranquility and rest.
  
• Osmanthus (β-Ionone) – sweet floral note that comforts, uplifts, and rounds out the blend.
