How To Use
Diffuse: Add 5-6 drops in a diffuser and run for 6 hours daily, especially during seasonal threat months (November–March).
Topical: Dilute 1–2 drops with Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply to wrists, chest, or bottoms of feet. (For sensitive skin, the pre-diluted On Guard Touch Roll-On is a safer option.)
Internal: Take 2–3 drops every 4–6 hours in 8 oz. of water or in a veggie capsule for added immune support.
