Diffuse

• Add 4–6 drops in a diffuser to create a calming, reassuring atmosphere.
  
• Diffuse before sleep or during quiet reflection to ease the mind.
  
• Place 1 drop in your hands, rub together, cup over your nose, and inhale for immediate calm.
  

Topical

• Apply (diluted) to wrists, temples, or chest to promote relaxation.
  
• Use on the bottoms of feet before bed for restful sleep.
  
• Massage onto shoulders or back of the neck (diluted) to ease tension.
